We love referrals. In fact, that’s how we get most of our business.

If you refer someone to us, we will send you $400 as our way of saying thank you!

While my personal primary focus is the North Florida and Central Florida market – centered around Tampa, Orlando, Ocala, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Tallahassee FL – our team and I can take on clients in other Florida cities and states throughout the United States. Obviously, there would be more phone work involved in those situations.

Here’s the legal stuff:

• Your friend must be expecting our call. Just giving us names out of the phone book or your day planner will not count as a referral.
• Referral fees will NOT be paid for referring yourself. This is a referral program, not a discount program.
• Referral fees may be paid if you work for someone else, if allowed by company policy
• Referral fees will be paid if you refer a colleague from your office (ie one Realtor referring her co worker)
• A referral fee of $200 will be paid approximately 30 days from when the client becomes an Easy Local SEO member and the other $200 will be paid 30 days later. If the client only stays with Easy Local SEO for 30 days, then only the first $200 will be paid. This covers us in the unlikely event of a refund.
• Please check with your tax adviser for any tax ramifications of accepting referral fees. A 1099 may be required if you earn over $600. In this situation, we will require you to submit your tax id # to us before referral fees are paid.
• This offer is void in jurisdictions and industries where referral fees are not allowed. Gift card or gifts may be substituted in these situations.
